Performance Marketing Manager - Female

Job Overview

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with paid media, and a proven ability to drive ROI-focused growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
  • Manage end-to-end performance marketing funnels including lead generation, conversions, and retargeting
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI
  • Track, analyze, and report performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and dashboard tools
  • Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams for campaign alignment
  • Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends and platform updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Expertise in conversion tracking, pixels, GTM, GA4
  • Good understanding of SEO, landing page optimization, and CRO
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Hotjar, Excel
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B / B2C / D2C marketing
  • Knowledge of email marketing, CRM tools, and marketing automation
  • Experience with budget planning and scaling campaigns
