Job Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with paid media, and a proven ability to drive ROI-focused growth.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
- Manage end-to-end performance marketing funnels including lead generation, conversions, and retargeting
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI
- Track, analyze, and report performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and dashboard tools
- Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams for campaign alignment
- Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends and platform updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Expertise in conversion tracking, pixels, GTM, GA4
- Good understanding of SEO, landing page optimization, and CRO
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Hotjar, Excel
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B / B2C / D2C marketing
- Knowledge of email marketing, CRM tools, and marketing automation
- Experience with budget planning and scaling campaigns
