Performance Marketing & Meta Ads Specialist

About Us:

EDEN AESTHETICS is a premium aesthetic and wellness clinic in Dubai, offering advanced cosmetic, dermatological, dental, and anti-aging treatments. We are expanding our digital presence and are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing & Meta Specialist to join our team part-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
• Manage SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical SEO, keyword ranking & tracking).
• Maintain and optimize our Wix website – content updates, landing pages, speed performance & integrations.
• Track and report campaign ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates across all digital channels.
• Implement pixel tracking, event setup, and analytics dashboards.
• Assist with email marketing, Google Business Profile, and marketing automation tools.
• Coordinate with the in-house media team for creatives & content suggestions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with Dubai aesthetic/medical/dental clinics (must-have).
• Expert in Meta Ads Manager (Lead Gen, Retargeting, A/B Testing).
• Strong knowledge of SEO (technical + content strategy).
• Hands-on experience with Wix website management.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking tools.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, WhatsApp API, and CRM automations is a plus.
• IT-savvy with excellent troubleshooting & integration skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
