📢 We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist (English/Arabic Speaker)

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns. The ideal candidate is bilingual, has agency experience, and brings hands-on expertise in media buying, digital platforms, and CRM tools.

🔍 Key Requirements:

✅ Bilingual – Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)

✅ 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within marketing agencies (Real Estate sector experience is a strong advantage)

✅ Proven hands-on experience as a Media Buyer , managing:

• Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram, etc.)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.)
• Real Estate Portals (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.)

✅ Strong knowledge of paid performance channels and analytics tools

✅ Proficient in CRM systems and customer journey optimization

✅ Analytical mindset with the ability to drive results based on KPIs and ROI

✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across all digital platforms
• Monitor budgets and campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI
• Analyze data and provide insights for continuous optimization
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams for campaign alignment
• Utilize CRM tools to improve targeting, lead generation, and retention
• Track competitor activity and digital trends to refine strategies
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards
