Performance Marketing Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in running paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms, with a proven track record of driving measurable results such as lead generation, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
  • Manage and monitor campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to track KPIs and optimize performance.
  • Work closely with the creative team to design compelling ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, new ad formats, and platform updates.
  • Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing (preferably in a marketing/IT agency).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO basics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
