Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring ROI and KPI targets are met.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad formats to improve efficiency.
• Research and identify growth opportunities across digital channels.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copies, visuals, and videos.
• Track daily budgets, campaign performance, and prepare performance reports.
• Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Solid analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver strong ROI.
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving and optimization skills.
