Summary

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to scale demand generation for our SaaS product. This role focuses on running high-performance paid campaigns across multiple channels, optimizing for quality leads, product demo bookings, and ROI. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in SaaS marketing, performance optimization, and global lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Ads Management: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and Microsoft Ads, targeting SaaS buyers across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, South Africa, and India.
  • Lead Generation & Funnel Growth: Drive MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) and SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) by setting up audience segmentation, retargeting, and account-based targeting.
  • Budget & Performance Optimization: Manage budgets, track CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and optimize campaigns for CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPL (Cost Per Lead), and ROI.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Continuously test ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates.
  • Creative Direction: Work with the design team to develop ad creatives, landing page wireframes, and ensure brand consistency in visuals and messaging.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Build dashboards, analyze campaign data, and present actionable insights to marketing and sales teams.
  • SaaS Marketing Strategy: Stay up to date with SaaS industry trends, buyer behavior, and competitor strategies to refine performance campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Partner with content, product, and sales teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record in running lead-gen campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into campaign improvements.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and SaaS marketing funnels.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,517.60 - ₹50,702.11 per month
