Position Summary

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in B2B marketing to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives on designing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across acquisition and activation funnels. You will play a critical role in driving measurable growth, ensuring marketing investments deliver strong ROI, and shaping the digital customer journey.

What Will You Do

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
    • Plan, launch, and optimize acquisition and activation campaigns across paid search, social, display, and programmatic channels.
    • Develop targeted strategies for B2B audiences to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
    • Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to ensure alignment between campaigns and business objectives.
  • Performance Measurement & Analytics
    • Own end-to-end campaign tracking, attribution, and performance reporting.
    • Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs including CAC, CPL, conversion rates, ROAS, and retention metrics.
    • Conduct A/B tests and leverage insights to improve efficiency across the funnel.
  • Optimization & Growth
    • Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining efficiency and quality of leads.
    • Implement retargeting, nurturing, and activation strategies to increase pipeline velocity.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and competitive strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
    • Partner with the analytics team to create dashboards and actionable insights.
    • Present performance updates, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Work closely with design and content teams to develop compelling creatives and tailored messaging.
What Will Make You Successful

  • 3–4 years of proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on B2B acquisition and activation.
  • Solid track record of managing multi-channel paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn AdMixpanel, metabasetic).
  • Advanced proficiency in analytics platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, Metabase, or similar).
  • Strong command of data-driven decision-making, KPI tracking, and marketing attribution models.
  • Experience designing and optimizing funnels for lead generation, qualification, and activation.
  • Excellent understanding of B2B buying cycles and digital user journeys.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex performance insights into actionable recommendations.
