Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads the Development and Execution of Bold, High-Performing paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok Ads, Snapchat, and other digital platforms.
  • Drives full-funnel, Revenue-Focused strategies with an Unwavering commitment to maximising FIVE s Rooms performance, delivering Sensational conversion impact across Digital Touchpoints.
  • Monitors, analyses, and elevates campaign Key Performance Indicators, including Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and bookings, ensuring Exponential Growth and Unmatched Campaign Performance.
  • Conducts Top-Notch A/B testing across creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to Identify the most Magnetic combinations that Ignite Direct Bookings.
  • Oversees robust Tracking and Attribution mechanisms through Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Conversion Application Programming Interface (API), ensuring accuracy in measurement and insight generation.
  • Collaborates with the E-Commerce and Web Experience Departments to ensure all Landing Pages are Optimised for Seamless User Journeys and elevated conversion rates.
  • Produces regular, insight-rich Campaign Performance Reports, highlighting achievements, uncovering optimisation opportunities, and presenting strategic recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Identifies and tests trailblazing platforms, tools, and tactics to accelerate FIVE s Direct Booking Performance and stay ahead in the Digital Landscape.
  • Champions a Forward-Thinking mindset by staying plugged into the Latest advertising innovations, algorithm changes, platform developments, and competitor benchmarks, reinforcing FIVE s position as a Disruptive Digital Powerhouse.
