About the Role

Ryelogic is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can own and manage the full digital ads process — from strategy to execution, optimization, and reporting. You’ll handle Meta, Google, and TikTok campaigns for multiple clients in a fast-paced agency environment.

This role demands someone who’s data-driven, proactive, and focused on profitable growth for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and run high-performing ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Handle strategy, setup, optimization, and performance reporting
• Manage conversion tracking through GA4, Tag Manager, and pixels
• Monitor and optimize for key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate)
• Build clear reports and dashboards for clients and internal teams
• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Stay updated on ad trends and platform updates

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Strong command of conversion tracking, analytics, and reporting tools
• Proven portfolio of successful ad campaigns and measurable results
• Excellent data interpretation and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
