Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive who is analytical, results-driven, and passionate about paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-based campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more to meet client objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, set up, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other paid media platforms

Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and optimize for key metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPL, etc.)

• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, ad placements, and bidding strategies

• Analyze data and generate actionable insights and reports for clients and internal stakeholders

• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages

• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and platform algorithms

• Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment

Skills Required:

• Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Executive (1–3 years) in a digital agency or brand

• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and interpret data to optimize campaigns

• Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, UTM parameters, and audience segmentation

• Understanding of SEO, funnel building, and landing page optimization is a plus

• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
