Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping), and TikTok Ads.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor campaign budgets ensuring efficient ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copy, and targeting strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Provide detailed performance reports and insights with actionable recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform trends, new features, and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with the creative/content team to align ad strategies with business goals.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in e-commerce performance marketing.
  • Knowledge of SEO/ASO as a plus.
  • Familiarity with email/SMS automation tools.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data
  • Experience with pay-per-click (PPC) advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with multiple departments
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
