We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok. This role is perfect for a candidate with a strong analytical background, expertise in mobile app marketing, and a passion for data-driven decision-making to achieve our digital marketing goals and enhance customer engagement.


What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Manage and implement end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok) aligned with marketing objectives, ensuring scalable growth and daily performance monitoring.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new audience opportunities, platform trends, and localization strategies
  • Analyze campaign data to derive insights and inform creative strategy, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
  • Provide data-driven creative briefs and insights to the internal design team, ensuring alignment between messaging, visuals, and user intent.
  • Manage high-budget campaigns efficiently, ensuring optimal ROI and CPA performance across regions and platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, data, and creative teams to enhance campaign effectiveness and identify new testing opportunities.
  • Monitoring user acquisition activities using a variety of analytics tools (Amplitude, AppsFlyer),
  • Generate and present regular performance reports with clear growth recommendations and actionable insights.


What We’re Looking For This Role:

  • 2 years of experience in marketing of subscription based mobile apps,
  • Proven success managing high-volume budgets and achieving growth or ROAS targets.
  • Deep understanding of user acquisition funnels, cohort analysis, and growth loops.
  • Solid experience managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads
  • Experience in creative testing and collaboration with design teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach,
  • Proficiency in Appsflyer, Amplitude, and other analytics tools,
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis,
  • Knowledge of optimization and localization strategies,
  • Skilled in budget management and cross-functional collaboration,
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities,
  • Passion for data-driven experimentation and continuous improvement in fast-scaling environments.
