Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a "Performance Marketing Specialist" for Dikey Vitamin's own vitamin and sports nutrition brands such as Nature's Supreme, King Size, One-Up to be based in Maslak/ Istanbul.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage budgets and performance of paid channels: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Criteo, and other biddable media
• Plan and run performance campaigns to reach weekly and monthly targets
• Track campaign results and increase ROI
• Monitor daily performance and take actions to improve results
• Work with Product and IT teams to make marketing plans more effective
• Prepare clear and practical reports on campaign performance

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing , ideally in e-commerce or an agency
• Experience with paid advertising: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Criteo
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage budgets and make forecasts
