Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in paid digital marketing
  • Proven track record in managing performance campaigns with measurable ROI in the Tech, Software, or Development industry
  • Strong expertise in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, along with relevant reporting tools
  • Familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking methodologies

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads platforms.
  • Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS and achieve CPA targets.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Continuously test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align performance marketing activities with business objectives.
