Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across major digital platforms
  • Optimize campaigns for ROI, conversions, and cost efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze daily metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS)
  • Manage monthly budgets and ensure efficient utilization
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative testing
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to enhance outcomes
  • Prepare performance reports with insights and clear recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and maintain account security

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in performance/digital marketing
  • Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads
  • Solid understanding of paid media best practices & policy compliance
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Must not be engaged in any external business or freelance activity
