  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.
  • Track campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets to meet defined business goals.
  • Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversions.
  • Monitor industry trends and platform updates to recommend innovative growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; experience with other platforms is a plus.
  • Practical knowledge of campaign tracking, analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Solid understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
