About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive measurable ROI through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across platforms such as:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Other platforms: Programmatic, Quora, Reddit, etc. (as relevant)
  • Develop full-funnel campaign strategies — from awareness to conversion.
  • Set up, manage, and monitor campaign budgets and bids to achieve optimal CPA/CPL/ROAS.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • A/B test ad copies, creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to maximize performance.
  • Implement and maintain tracking and attribution using tools like GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, and UTM parameters.
  • Prepare regular campaign performance reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Collaborate with SEO, CRM, and design teams to ensure an integrated digital marketing approach.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in digital advertising platforms and algorithm changes.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in performance/digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills with advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Certification in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint (preferred).
  • Experience in B2B/B2C paid marketing, preferably in [industry type, e.g., SaaS / Manufacturing / Healthcare / E-commerce].
