Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should be result-oriented, data-driven, and capable of delivering quality leads and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing)
  • Perform audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies
  • Create ad copies, headlines, and coordinate with designers for creatives
  • Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, and ROAS
  • Monitor daily ad spend, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager & GA4
  • A/B test creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copies
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights
  • Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming ads

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
  • Expertise in lead generation & performance campaigns
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics
  • Experience in multiple industries (education, IT services, B2B/B2C is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and optimization skills
  • Ability to manage budgets efficiently

Good to Have

  • Experience with landing page optimization
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and CRO
  • Experience handling monthly ad budgets of ₹1,00,000 – ₹10,00,000+
