Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our clients across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
The ideal candidate is someone who understands performance marketing, lead generation, e-commerce ads, tracking, and analytics with the ability to deliver strong ROI for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (FB/IG), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads campaigns.
• Develop targeting strategies, ad sets, custom audiences, and remarketing funnels.
• Write compelling ad copy, select creatives, and run A/B tests.
• Monitor daily ad performance, adjust budgets, and improve ROAS.
• Create weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research for better targeting.
• Set up Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), UTM tracking, and event tracking.
• Manage client communication related to campaign performance.
• Optimize landing pages for better ad performance.
• Stay updated with platform trends, policy changes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years experience running paid ads (Meta, Google, or TikTok).
• Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and analytics dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Ability to create high-converting ad creatives (images, videos, captions).
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Experience with Shopify, WordPress, Funnels, CRM is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a marketing agency.
• Knowledge of retargeting funnels, pixel events, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to suggest creative angles and campaign strategies.
• Strong understanding of Pakistan + UAE audiences (bonus for you!).
