Performance Marketing Specialist

Role Mandate

The Paid / Performance Marketing Specialist is revenue-focused, owning paid acquisition strategies across GCC and European markets. This role ensures that campaigns are optimized for conversion, revenue, and ROI, rather than vanity metrics like lead volume. The Specialist bridges marketing and sales to drive measurable business outcomes and pipeline growth.

Key Accountabilities

Paid Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other relevant platforms.
  • Continuously refine targeting, bidding, creatives, and campaign structure to maximize ROI.
  • Ensure campaigns align with business objectives and contribute to revenue.

Conversion & Funnel Optimization

  • Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) and end-to-end funnel tracking from click → conversion → revenue.
  • Conduct A/B testing, landing page optimization, and audience segmentation to improve performance.

Performance Ownership & Analytics

  • Own CAC, CPA, and ROAS metrics, driving campaigns toward measurable profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs, identifying opportunities for optimization and scale.
  • Produce actionable performance reports for Marketing Manager and leadership.

Sales & Business Alignment

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Heads to ensure campaigns support revenue goals and pipeline development.
  • Align paid media efforts with ongoing sales initiatives and business priorities.

Team Collaboration & Execution

  • Guide the Performance Marketing Executive on campaign setup, monitoring, reporting, and daily execution.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient implementation of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement paid acquisition strategies across GCC and European markets.
  • Optimize campaigns for conversion and revenue, not just lead volume.
  • Track and report on end-to-end funnel metrics: click → conversion → revenue.
  • Own and optimize CAC, CPA, and ROAS for all paid campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns contribute to pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting using marketing analytics tools.

Requirements & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 3–5 years in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience managing Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience with GCC and European markets preferred.
  • Strong track record in CAC, CPA, ROAS ownership and revenue-driven campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, funnel optimization, and analytics tools.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and paid media strategy.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multi-campaign execution efficiently.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs200,000.00 per month
