Position: Performance Marketing Specialist

Location: Onsite – Near UMT, Lahore
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 6 Days a Week
Salary: Up to PKR 120,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our digital growth efforts and generate a consistent flow of high-quality inbound leads through paid campaigns, website optimization, and performance-driven marketing strategies.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build, manage, and optimize digital campaigns for measurable business outcomes — not just impressions or engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising & Lead Generation

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified leads
  • Manage paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, targeting, and conversions to maximize ROI and lead quality
  • Build and improve lead generation funnels across paid and organic channels

Digital Strategy & Performance

  • Develop and execute a performance-focused marketing strategy aligned with business goals
  • Identify growth opportunities across digital channels to improve lead volume and conversion quality
  • Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on data insights

Website & Conversion Optimization

  • Manage and improve the company website with a focus on SEO, user experience, and lead conversion
  • Optimize landing pages, CTAs, forms, and user journeys to increase enquiry rates
  • Coordinate with developers where required to implement performance improvements

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM/automation tools
  • Prepare regular reports on leads, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Use data to make informed decisions and improve marketing efficiency

Brand Presence & Content Alignment

  • Support the development of a consistent and credible digital brand presence
  • Work on performance-led content direction for paid campaigns, landing pages, and social channels
  • Collaborate on content and creative assets that improve campaign results

Requirements:
Proven experience in performance marketing, paid ads, and lead generation

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Experience running campaigns focused on conversions, leads, and ROI
  • Solid understanding of landing pages, funnels, website optimisation, and SEO basics
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance and make data-driven optimisation decisions
  • Strong command of metrics such as CPL, CPA, conversion rate, CTR, and ROI
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns effectively
