Performance marketing Specialist
Ecomma is a fast-growing private equity firm that acquires and scales ecommerce brands globally. We combine investment, operations, marketing, data, and execution to unlock growth across our portfolio.
We are looking for a hands-on performance marketing specialist to own paid acquisition and creative output across multiple DTC ecommerce brands. This is not a coordination-only role. You will be inside ad accounts, building creative angles, launching tests, reading the numbers, and making clear decisions on what to scale, pause, or fix.
What you will own

Manage paid media performance across Meta, Google, and other relevant channels

Track ROAS, CPA, spend efficiency, AOV, and contribution margin by brand

Build creative strategy for each brand based on product, audience, offer, and funnel position

Produce and brief ad creatives at volume using AI tools, UGC, statics, hooks, scripts, and concepts

Run a weekly testing pipeline with clear hypotheses, budgets, results, and kill or scale decisions

Diagnose funnel issues across ads, landing pages, offers, tracking, and conversion points

Maintain tracking discipline across pixels, GA4, UTMs, and attribution layers

Work closely with brand operators, customer success, supply chain, and creative resources

Report weekly on what scaled, what failed, what was shipped, and what comes next
What we are looking for

3 to 5 years of hands-on paid media experience for DTC ecommerce brands

Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads

Ability to understand ROAS in the context of margin, AOV, CAC, and payback period

Experience creating or briefing ad creative for ecommerce products

Comfortable using AI tools to produce creative volume quickly

Strong analytical skills and confidence with spreadsheets and reporting

Ability to manage multiple brands without losing control of details

Strong ownership, fast execution, and clear communication

Fluent English, both written and spoken

High standards, good judgment, and a hands-on mindset
Tools and working style
You should be comfortable working with tools such as
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, attribution platforms, AI creative tools such as higgsfield and Arcads, Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace
.
This is an
in-office role in Dubai
. Candidates must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
