The BranPac is a leading 360 Digital Marketing agency partnering with a diverse portfolio of luxury e-commerce brands, primarily specializing in Jewellery and high-end Fashion. We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our clients' paid digital acquisition channels, with a primary focus on driving profitable sales through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing campaigns for the luxury e-commerce sector and a deep understanding of optimizing campaigns to achieve aggressive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) targets across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution (Meta Focus)Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage the full lifecycle of paid media campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, including Facebook and Instagram, ensuring flawless execution against budget and performance targets (ROAS, CPA, AOV).
- Budget Ownership: Manage a significant daily/monthly advertising budget, ensuring optimal allocation across acquisition, remarketing, and retention campaigns.
- Audience Development: Develop and refine advanced audience strategies, including Lookalike, Custom Audiences (via CRM data), and layered interest targeting, specifically tailored for the luxury consumer segment.
- Creative Testing: Collaborate with the creative team to develop and rigorously A/B test ad copy, visual assets, and landing page strategies to continually improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates (CVR).
- Analytics & Reporting Performance Analysis: Conduct daily and weekly performance deep dives using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and internal CRM data to identify trends, opportunities for optimization, and root causes of performance fluctuations.
- Reporting: Generate clear, concise, and actionable weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management, translating complex data into strategic insights and recommendations.
- Attribution: Ensure accurate tracking and reporting across all funnels, troubleshooting pixel implementation, API conversions, and catalog integration issues.
- Optimization & GrowthFunnel Optimization: Optimize campaigns across the entire marketing funnel, from cold traffic top-of-funnel initiatives to high-intent retargeting sequences.
- Scaling: Identify and execute scalable opportunities to grow monthly revenue while maintaining or improving blended ROAS.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, specifically managing paid acquisition for E-commerce brands.
- Non-Negotiable: Must possess extensive and demonstrated expertise in the Meta Ads platform (Facebook & Instagram), including deep knowledge of campaign objectives, bidding strategies (Value Optimization), and catalog management.
- E-commerce Proficiency: Strong understanding of E-commerce metrics (AOV, LTV, CR, CTR, ROAS) and how paid channels influence overall business performance.
- Industry Focus (Highly Preferred)Mandatory: Proven experience marketing high-consideration products within the Luxury Fashion space (Luxury Apparel, Footwear, accessories, watches, etc.).
- A Significant Plus: Direct experience marketing Jewelry is highly advantageous.
- Technical Skills Proficiency: in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or other major web analytics platforms.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and pivot table reporting.
