Location: On-site – Churchill Executive Tower, Business Bay, Dubai
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Experience Required: 3–4 Years (Agency Experience Mandatory)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with proven agency experience. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of paid media activities, managing and optimizing campaigns across both Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.

This position requires hands-on expertise in handling end-to-end campaign management, with a strong focus on generating qualified real estate leads within the UAE market while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

You will be directly responsible for planning, launching, managing, and scaling campaigns across search, display, and paid social channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies for UAE-based real estate projects and listings.
  • Conduct advanced keyword research and competitor analysis to identify profitable opportunities.
  • Create, structure, and continuously refine campaigns to improve performance and quality scores.
  • Define and optimize audience targeting, including demographic, behavioral, interest-based, and geo-targeting segments.
  • Manage daily budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign pacing to ensure optimal ROI and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor campaign performance closely and implement ongoing A/B testing for creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Track and analyze key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights and growth recommendations.

Candidate Profile

  • 3–4 years of hands-on PPC experience within a marketing agency (mandatory).
  • Strong practical experience managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts independently.
  • Proven track record in real estate lead generation within the UAE market.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, campaigns, and budgets simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and results-focused professional.
