Performance Marketing Specialist (TL)

• We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), campaign management, and team leadership.
• The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive leads and conversions.
• You will manage and scale Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI through continuous performance tracking and insights.
• Responsibilities also include SEO, SEM, keyword research, content marketing, analytics reporting, and online customer acquisition strategies.
• The candidate will also lead, guide, and coordinate the digital marketing team while collaborating with designers and content creators for impactful campaigns.
• We seek a professional with 3–5 years of proven digital marketing experience, strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO & Analytics, along with team management and leadership abilities. Immediate joiners are preferred, and salary will be offered as per company norms.
• Twice in a week should report in person to our Corporate office Thrissur
