Performance Media Success Manager

Coast Technology is the company behind STEALTH, our proprietary platform spanning websites, customer data (CDXP), DSP and programmatic media, de-anonymization, and attribution. STEALTH is purpose-built for all industries and specializing in dealerships, attorneys, medical and more.
We are hiring a Performance Media Success Manager to lead media and growth strategy for our white-label agency partners. This role is built for someone who wants to own the playbook, not follow one. You will architect audiences, allocate budget across channels, shape creative messaging, and put the full STEALTH stack to work driving revenue, leads, and traffic our clients can measure.
This role is as much about client partnership as it is about media performance. Our clients expect a Success Manager who communicates clearly, sets expectations early, and earns trust through consistency.
- Lead client conversations with confidence and warmth, including kickoffs, check-ins and monthly reviews
- Translate platform complexity into plain language. Clients should always understand the why behind the strategy and the next step in the plan.
- Set expectations in advance. Share timelines, deliverables, and benchmarks before the work begins so there are no surprises.
- Deliver hard truths with respect. When a campaign needs to change course, bring the recommendation and the reasoning, not just the problem.
- Document decisions in writing. Recap meetings, confirm scope changes, and keep clients aligned with clear, professional follow-ups.
- End-to-end media strategy across DSP, CTV and streaming, digital audio, paid social, paid search, and SEO/AEO/GEO for agency and direct clients.
- Audience design, including first-party CDXP segments, lookalikes, in-market overlays, and de-anonymized retargeting pools that outperform generic third-party data.
- Budget architecture across channels and flight schedules, with a clear bias toward measurable revenue impact over vanity metrics.
- Creative collaboration to shape messaging that matches the audience, the channel, and the funnel stage.
- Client reporting and storytelling. You will lead performance reviews, and strategic check-ins that connect spend to leads, new business, and gross profit.
- Platform leverage. You will pressure-test STEALTH's tools, surface what works and what is missing, and feed insights back into our product team.
- White-label execution that supports our agency partners with media strategy and reporting they can confidently present to their own clients.
- Five or more years in programmatic media planning, buying, or performance strategy, on the agency, in-house, or platform side.
- Strong CTV, streaming video, and digital audio expertise. You understand inventory quality, frequency, dayparting, and how to attribute streaming spend to real outcomes.
- Working command of the full digital stack, including programmatic DSP, paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), paid search (Google, Bing, Performance Max), and SEO with a clear point of view on AI search (AEO/GEO, LLMs.txt, schema).
- Comfort assembling audiences from CDXP, CRM, and first-party data, beyond clicking presets in an ad platform.
- Polished client-facing communication. You can present a strategy, defend a budget, deliver a difficult update, and run a client meeting with composure.
- A builder's instinct. When you see a gap in a process or a tool, you have the ability to close it.
- White-label or agency-of-record experience supporting other agencies' clients.
- Direct experience with dealership clients in automotive, RV, marine, or powersports.
- Familiarity with VinSolutions, IDS, or other dealership CRM and DMS platforms.
- Hands-on experience with attribution methodologies beyond last-click, including multi-touch, incrementality testing, and matched-back analysis.
- A track record of launching a product, channel, or measurement framework that was not already in the playbook.
- You will work directly with our leadership team.
- You will have a proprietary platform behind you.
