Summary: As a Performance & Reliability Architect, you will be responsible for architecting technology systems that ensure optimal performance and reliability to meet established service level targets. Your typical day will involve creating and deploying continuous performance and capacity models, utilizing various performance and availability monitoring tools, and collaborating closely with Technology and Enterprise Architects to select and design appropriate run-time and DevOps technologies. You will engage in problem-solving and decision-making processes that impact the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the systems you oversee, ensuring that they align with organizational goals and standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall team capabilities. - Develop and implement best practices for performance monitoring and reliability engineering. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering. - Experience with performance monitoring tools and techniques. - Strong understanding of capacity planning and performance optimization. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. - Ability to analyze system performance metrics and provide actionable insights. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
