Flawless Glo Medspa is a leading aesthetics and beauty education provider in Grand Junction, Colorado. We are committed to excellence in permanent makeup services and advanced training. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Makeup (PMU) Educator to join our growing team.

Requirements (Mandatory)

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Permanent Makeup experience
• Completion of a 132-hour PMU certification program
• Active Colorado Esthetician or Cosmetology License (required)
• Strong technical skills in brows, eyeliner, and lip blush
• Thorough understanding of sanitation, safety, and Colorado state regulations
• Excellent communication and classroom presentation skills
• Professional, dependable, and organized
• Active on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or similar platforms
• Comfortable creating educational and promotional social media content

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person PMU training courses
• Demonstrate proper techniques and supervise student hands-on practice
• Provide constructive feedback, evaluations, and mentorship
• Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with curriculum delivery and student certification processes
• Capture and participate in social media content during trainings
• Represent Flawless Glo Medspa professionally in the community and online

Compensation & Growth
