- Administer and manage the Permit to Work (PTW) system for daily work activities.
- Review and verify all permit applications in line with safety procedures and project requirements.
- Coordinate with Operations, Construction, and HSE departments for permit approvals.
- Conduct site checks to ensure compliance with permit conditions and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate permit records and ensure timely permit closure.
- Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and relevant risk assessments.
- Support audits, inspections, and incident investigations when required.
- Communicate proactively with supervisors and contractors regarding PTW processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Permit to Work coordination within construction, marine, port, or industrial projects.
- Prior experience working with Qatar Energy PTW systems is a strong advantage.
- Permit to Work System Training (RAP Net – Qatar Energy)
- Hot Work Safety Training
- Working at Height Training
- TBOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety) Certificate.
