Permit Coordinator

• Administer and manage the Permit to Work (PTW) system for daily work activities.
• Review and verify all permit applications in line with safety procedures and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations, Construction, and HSE departments for permit approvals.
• Conduct site checks to ensure compliance with permit conditions and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate permit records and ensure timely permit closure.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and relevant risk assessments.
• Support audits, inspections, and incident investigations when required.
• Communicate proactively with supervisors and contractors regarding PTW processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Permit to Work coordination within construction, marine, port, or industrial projects.
• Prior experience working with Qatar Energy PTW systems is a strong advantage.
• Permit to Work System Training (RAP Net – Qatar Energy)
• Hot Work Safety Training
• Working at Height Training
• TBOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety) Certificate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
