Personal Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Bahraini female Personal Assistant to provide professional and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential matters with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to the Manager/Executive.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and follow-ups in a professional manner.
  • Maintain filing systems and manage confidential documents.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks as required.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations by anticipating needs and taking initiative.

Requirements

  • Female Bahraini national (mandatory).
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
