Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage meetings, calls, and coordination through Microsoft Teams.
  • Record and maintain financial entries, petty cash, and expense reports using Tally.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flight and hotel bookings, travel documents, and itineraries.
  • Ensure timely communication and documentation related to official travel and expenses.
  • Support management with scheduling, reporting, and data sharing through Microsoft Teams.
  • Handle administrative tasks, documentation, and filing efficiently.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Strong documentation and filing skills.
  • Working knowledge of accounting software (Tally).
  • Effective communication and teamwork, especially in a digital collaboration environment (Microsoft Teams).
  • Proficient in travel coordination and logistics management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional attitude.

Location: Paper Market, Off I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Educational Qualification: Graduate / MBA / ICMA / ACCA
Age Limit: 25 – 40 Years
