Personal Assistant to Senior Vice President – Omnicom (Doha, Qatar)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Senior Vice President (SVP) in all administrative and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role requires discretion, efficiency, and a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the SVP’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and communications on behalf of the SVP.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
  • Oversee office tasks, including filing, data entry, and expense reporting.
  • Plan and coordinate personal and professional events.
  • Ensure the SVP is well-prepared for meetings with all necessary documents and information.
  • Handle special projects and assignments as directed by the SVP.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
  • Bilingual (English and Arabic) is preferred.

This role is based in Doha, Qatar, with occasional travel as required.

The PA will work closely with the SVP and interact regularly with various departments and external contacts in Doha, Dubai, Paris, London and the US.
