Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to support management with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and documentation. This role requires someone who can manage paperwork efficiently, coordinate meetings, and provide on-ground support during office-related events when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings and manage schedules
  • Prepare and organize documents and files
  • Assist with paperwork and office coordination
  • Accompany management to meetings/events during office hours when required
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
  • Good communication skills
  • Organized and dependable
  • Nationality preference flexible
