Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Houston, Texas
Employment Type: Part-Time/ Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Personal Assistant based in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate must have a reliable personal vehicle as regular local travel is required.

This role supports a busy executive/entrepreneur with both professional and personal responsibilities. The position requires discretion, efficiency, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar across time zones
  • Schedule client calls, sales meetings, internal team meetings, and interviews
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, local transport)
  • Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, and follow-up action items
  • Draft and manage professional email correspondence
  • Assist with document preparation, presentations, and reporting

Local Support (Vehicle Required)

  • Attend local meetings with or on behalf of the CEO
  • Run business-related errands in Houston
  • Assist with event coordination, networking events, or conferences
  • Handle occasional personal errands as needed

Operational & Personal Support

  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • Conduct online research and obtain quotes
  • Track expenses and assist with basic bookkeeping
  • Support project coordination and follow-ups

Requirements

  • Must reside in Houston, TX
  • Reliable personal vehicle with insurance
  • 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting entrepreneurs or small business owners
  • Familiarity with Houston area routes and traffic patterns
  • Basic CRM knowledge
