Personal Assistant – Beauty Salon

Job Summary

help us keep our client relationships strong. This role is a blend of personal assistance,

administrative support, and operational coordination.

You will help manage errands, scheduling, client communication, inventory, and overall

organization — allowing us to focus on delivering exceptional beauty services to our clients.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, warm, and thrives in a fast-paced

environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Experience

Greet and assist clients in a friendly, welcoming manner

Manage appointment confirmations and follow-ups

Address client feedback and resolve minor concerns with care

Support client retention efforts and loyalty initiatives

Administrative Support

Run occasional personal and business-related errands

Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination

Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism and warmth

Maintain organized records, files, and client databases●

Assist with payroll preparation, invoices, and basic bookkeeping

Operational Support

Monitor and manage salon inventory and product orders

Communicate with suppliers and vendors

Help ensure the salon remains clean, organized, and inviting

Assist in managing the daily appointment flow and schedule

Marketing & Social Media (Optional but Preferred)

Assist with social media management

Help coordinate promotions, campaigns, and special events

Create simple content such as photos, captions, and stories

What I’m Looking For

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role

(beauty industry experience is a plus)

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Familiarity with salon booking systems, especially Vagaro (preferred)

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure

Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $24.97 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
