Personal Assistant

Job Overview We are a family-run online business (The Tiki Lounge) seeking a reliable, flexible, and proactive Personal Assistant / Operations Helper to support our day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on, ever-changing role in a fast-paced, fun environment where no two days look the same. We livestream sales and operate out of our home, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable in a casual, small-team setting and willing to jump in wherever needed. Flexibility is key—hours may include weekdays, evenings, and/or weekends depending on business needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, stays organized, and takes initiative. Responsibilities Assist with packing and shipping online orders with care and accuracy Run errands including post office drop-offs and supply runs Travel locally (including trips to Los Angeles) to pick up inventory Help organize and maintain inventory within a home-based workspace Support livestream setup and breakdown as needed Assist with general business tasks and daily operations Help keep workspaces clean, organized, and efficient Step in where needed—this is a flexible, all-hands-on-deck role Schedule Flexible and varies week to week Availability for weekdays, evenings, and/or weekends required Hours will depend on workload and livestream schedule Requirements Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lift and move packages (reasonable weight) Comfortable working in a home-based business environment Self-motivated, dependable, and able to take direction well Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to changing needs Positive attitude and team-player mindset Preferred (but not required) Experience with packing/shipping or e-commerce Familiarity with inventory organization Interest in live selling or small business operations Why Join Us?
