Social Media Assistant & Strategist

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Assistant & Strategist to help manage and grow a personal brand across multiple social media platforms.

This role involves assisting with day-to-day social media tasks while also helping develop strategies to increase engagement, reach, and overall growth.

The ideal candidate understands social media trends, viral content, and online branding, and enjoys working in a fast-paced creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Snapchat, etc.)
• Research trends, viral content, and content ideas
• Help organize and schedule posts
• Assist with captions, hashtags, and content optimization
• Track analytics and identify high-performing content
• Assist with social media strategy and growth planning
• Help coordinate content ideas and brand collaborations

Qualifications

• Experience with social media platforms and content trends
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Creative mindset and understanding of viral content
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience working with creators or influencers is a plus
