Personal Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our team remotely. In this role, you will help ensure smooth daily operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, assisting with marketing activities, and supporting basic financial processes.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Create, schedule, and monitor content across social media platforms

Administrative & Scheduling Support

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting coordination
  • Handle email correspondence and general administrative tasks

Accounting Support

  • Track expenses, assist with invoicing, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks

Marketing Assistance

  • Support marketing campaigns and content creation
  • Assist with brand communication initiatives

General Support

  • Conduct research and complete ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Availability during US business hours (ET, CT, MT, or PT)
  • Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Administrative role
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping principles
  • Experience with marketing tools or content creation is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

Additional Information

  • This is a remote position open to candidates currently residing in Egypt
  • Compensation will be discussed based on experience and qualifications
  • Flexible working hours, aligned with US time zones

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£18,000.00 - E£27,000.00 per month
