Personal Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle communications, coordinate tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments
  • Coordinate meetings, reminders, and time-sensitive commitments
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries when required
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and general correspondence
  • Organize files, records, and confidential information
  • Coordinate personal and professional tasks efficiently
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external vendors
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and errands as needed
  • Proactively anticipate needs and resolve issues

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong calendar management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Reliable, flexible, and detail-oriented
