Personal Assistant

We're looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support a busy luxury real estate team owner and her family in Nashville. This is a multifaceted role that blends household management, business support, and everyday family logistics — no two days will look exactly the same.

The ideal candidate is someone who anticipates needs before they're stated, stays calm under pressure, and takes genuine pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Discretion and trust are everything in this role.

Work & Business

• Run errands
• Run Founder’s Personal Instagram Account
• Create Social Content Daily, Content Planning, Content Growth
• Manage/ Plan Founders PR
• Paperwork

Family & Home

• Coordinate household/ school schedules and day-to-day family logistics
• Handle family email correspondence, follow-ups, and inbox management
• Pick up kids from school, activities, or appointments
• Help older boys with homework and school assignments
• Run personal errands — pharmacy, dry cleaning, returns
• Organize and manage deliveries, packages, and household supplies
• Coordinate with home service providers (cleaners, maintenance, etc.)
• Help plan and execute family events, celebrations, or gatherings
• Keep the home and family schedule running in sync with work demands

Transportation & Pick-Ups

• School pick-up runs
• Drive to extracurricular activities, practices, or lessons
• Airport pickups and drop-offs for family or guests
• Retrieve packages, orders, or items across Nashville
• Transport items to/from the office, clients, or vendors

General Support

• Anticipate needs and tackle tasks proactively
• Keep things organized, stocked, and on time
• Handle ad-hoc personal requests with a positive attitude
• Maintain confidentiality with all personal and professional matters
• Adapt quickly when priorities shift throughout the day

Must-Haves

Valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle in good condition. Clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check. Strong references from prior personal, household, or executive assistant roles preferred. Availability for flexible hours, including evenings as needed.
