Personal Assistant

Role Description We are seeking a full-time Personal Assistant with 5+ years of experience to manage household affairs, assist with diverse business tasks and manage multiple properties in addition to helping our elementary-age sons get from school to activities between 3-7 p.m. We have no pets and would like someone with reliable transportation who is available 5 days a week and as needed after hours to support parents' business travel. Candidates must be able travel with us for up to a week at a time several times a year and be available to cover the boys for an odd early morning or late evening while parents are at after work events. The successful candidate will receive three weeks of paid vacation and 100% paid medical, dental and vision insurance.

Qualifications

  • Strong organization skills, with experience supporting senior executives.
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and scheduling, including managing complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous approach to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid record keeping skills with Quick Books experience a bonus.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated discretion and respect for confidentiality.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with willingness to undergo a background check.
