Personal Assistant

Overview
Seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to support a young family in the Hollywood Hills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage schedules and appointments, handle communications, and ensure the smooth operation of daily life.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations and transport.
  • Coordinate with other household staff.
  • Handle and coordinate maintenance and repairs at the home.
  • Maintain household inventory and supplies.
  • Assist with personal errands (such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning drop offs/pick ups/ Vet appointments etc)

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years previous experience in a similar role.
  • Must be comfortable being reachable off hours when needed.
  • Must be good with large dogs and small children.
  • Must have valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,250.00 per week
