Personal Assistant

We are seeking a responsible, trustworthy, and organized Personal Assistant to support a family with daily childcare needs. The ideal candidate will supervise, transport, coordinate activities, and assist with the daily routines of children and teenagers, always ensuring their safety, privacy, and well‑being.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up children from school or daycare and transport them home, to extracurricular activities, or medical/other appointments as needed.
• Ensure the safety, well‑being, and privacy of the children always.
• Stay informed of the parents’ schedules to maintain continuity in the children’s daily itinerary.
• Support errands and tasks related to the parents and children.
• Communicate and coordinate with school staff, household personnel, and family members as needed.
• Ensure proper and responsible use of the family’s vehicle, equipment, and resources.
• Coordinate logistics for extracurricular activities.
• Provide a daily update to parents with key events or notable situations.
• Prepare basic meals and assist with children’s routines such as bathing.
• Availability Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: High school diploma; some college or technical coursework preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Good communication skills and basic to intermediate English proficiency.
• 1–2 years of experience as a caregiver, family assistant, or in roles involving coordination of children’s activities.
• Discreet, responsible, organized, and capable of multitasking while prioritizing children’s safety.
• Genuine passion for working with children.
