Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Personal Assistant and Office Assistant to support management in daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential matters efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting notes
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external clients
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Presentable and well-mannered personality

Salary: Based on experience and performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,916.76 - ₹20,000.00 per month
