With a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and reliability, we are expanding and seeking a talented Personal Assistant (PA) to join our Riyadh branch.

Position Overview

The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the branch management team. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and professional, fluent in Arabic and English, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for branch management, clients, and internal teams.
  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the branch head/executive.
  • Prepare and maintain correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and official communication professionally.
  • Organize travel arrangements, visas, and accommodations for executives.
  • Assist in event coordination and office administration tasks.
  • Maintain confidential files and documents and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support HR and finance teams when required (e.g., follow-ups on HR tasks, invoices, and payments).
  • Translate or interpret documents and communication between Arabic and English as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Female candidate, fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant, preferably in a corporate or construction environment.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Knowledge of office administration, HR support, and finance coordination is an advantage.
