About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and business-minded Personal Assistant & Booking Manager to join Shereen Mitwalli’s team. This is not your typical admin role — we’re looking for someone with drive, initiative, and a natural flair for sales, coordination, and communication.

You’ll be the first point of contact for all inquiries related to Shereen’s speaking engagements, events, and collaborations. You’ll manage day-to-day communications, ensure all details are executed flawlessly, and support Shereen on-site at events, both administratively and operationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming inquiries via email, calls, and social media — ensuring prompt, professional, and warm communication.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, maintaining a high close rate.
  • Manage and update Shereen’s calendar, itineraries, and travel logistics.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups for speaking engagements and brand partnerships.
  • Be present on-site during events, supporting with coordination and client handling.
  • Track and report sales conversions, leads, and pipeline activity weekly.
  • Collaborate on marketing and outreach strategies to drive new bookings.
  • Provide administrative support — from scheduling to document preparation and client communications.

Key Requirements:

  • Female.
  • Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken
  • Proven administration or sales experience (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
  • Experience in events, PR, or media industry is a strong advantage
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Strong ability to manage time and multitask under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
  • Confident, well-presented, and comfortable accompanying Shereen to events when needed
  • Must be based in Dubai and available to start immediately
