She should manage the director's work on daily basis.
She must schedule and attend meeting with director.
Take notes of the meetings.
Follow up with internal staff about progress of work.
Manage travel of Director.
Keep record of all businesses activities of the group and keep the director well informed.
Manager HR related documents.
Ensure HR Policies are implemented in the office.
Assist the Director in interviews, hiring & termination of employees.
Maintain employee records on daily basis.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Must have good language skills
Good knowledge of secretarial work
Good communication skills
Must be well dressed should know how to carry well professionally
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
