Job Title: Personal Assistant Intern

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 14, Karachi
Duration: 6 months - leading to job.

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Personal Assistant Intern who is capable of multitasking and supporting day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and follow-ups
  • Handle emails, documentation, and basic reporting
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts
  • Support daily operational and administrative tasks
  • Perform research and prepare summaries when required

Requirements:

  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills
  • Energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented personality
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
