Personal Assistant - Russian Speaker (Female)

We are seeking a Personal Assistant (Russian Speaker - Female) to provide comprehensive support to senior management. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong command of Russian and English, and the ability to handle administrative and personal tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily schedules, calendars, meetings, and appointments
• Coordinate travel arrangements, reservations, and logistics
• Handle confidential documents and maintain professional discretion
• Prepare reports, presentations, and manage business correspondence
• Assist in managing internal and external communications
• Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and expense tracking
• Provide tech-related support such as handling emails, cloud storage, online platforms, and office software
• Act as a liaison between the executive and other departments or external parties

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
• Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written)
• Strong computer literacy: MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and basic technical troubleshooting
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
