We are looking for an experience candidate who has previously worked in similar capacity for 2 to 3 years having minimum of Bachelor's Degree.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.
- Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication on behalf of the Director.
- Coordinate with internal departments to arrange meetings, travel bookings, and event logistics.
- Organize facilities and refreshments for scheduled meetings and events.
- Procure and maintain stock of office supplies and executive equipment.
- Prepare, organize, and circulate meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure distribution of meeting records to relevant participants.
- Track and follow up on assigned action items from meetings to ensure timely completion by responsible departments.
- Remain available for urgent communication and coordination needs outside of office hours, as required.
- Oversee the preparation, formatting, printing, and distribution of official documents, such as contracts and client proposals.
- Handle and safeguard confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain an efficient filing system for physical and digital records, contracts, and correspondence.
- Assist the Director in preparing for high-level internal and external engagements.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support the department’s objectives and overall business goals.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's/Master Degree
- Candidates having good command on MS Office
- Excellent negotiation, verbal and written communications skills

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
